If you were to get sued for saying what you think and feel and how much you have a right to hate that person how would you defend your freedom of speech?|||The constitution.

But just because you have the right to say something, doesn't mean it should be said (this is what common sense is for); and that right doesn't apply if it brings harm or loss to someone else.|||You are free to say that you hate someone. Although to think that you can say what you want without having consequences is not so smart.
