We are tearing the old roof down ourselves to save on that part of the labor costs.|||$2000 in typical installation labor..|||About $2k-$3k for labor. Add underlayment, drip edge, working around roof mounted equipment and the shingles as extra. That cost is highly variable as to quality and lifetime of the shingles. There may be unknowns such as bad lumber/sheeting that has to be replaced.
Your best estimate will come from an on-site inspection.
