Determine the linear velocity of a point rotating at an angular velocity of 15pi radians per second at a distance of 12 feet from the center of the rotating object.|||The very definition of a radian is the angle over which the radius would be wrapped on the circle.

In other words, for a circle with a radius of 1, an arc with an angle of 1 radian would be exactly 1 unit in length.

So, 15 radians per second means 15 radiuses of your circle per second, in this case 15 * 12 ft = 180 ft/s
