I am confident that the cables needed should all be present, but if not you will see from the instructions book what you need. And there are many good vidz on YouTube discussing the setups of the system, including cables, to get you familiar with the hardware before you buy. Then, as I stated in your other Question on a similar topic, you will have to consider how much you want to spend on a video editing software package. I can do loads with Ulead, it just takes longer to set stuff up than a more advanced package. And, yes, it even saves projects at 1080p. You may not want to edit much but just combine audio files with video files and job done.
