I want to rent a space or private room to make my own party. I want to decorate everything and all i need is a place to do it and i cant find.I need a small room for 20/30 people and can be in a restaurant.Please,where can i celebrate my baby's 1st birthday. I live in Staten Island-NY. Thanks|||How about checking out the facilities at your local neighbourhood churches?
They often have kitchen attached. There'd probably be parking included.
If your budget is small, this could be ideal for you as the charge would probably
be nominal, say $50 donation.
