Obviously not all, but id heard that it was common|||No, it's true that a lot of people with partners in the military cheat on them.|||They are no more subject to it than any civilian. The numbers make is sound a lot worse than it really is but I'm not going to say it doesn't happen as well. Thing is if they are going to cheat they are just flat out going to do it. I hope that there is enough trust and personnel integrity with each they don;t violate their vows. Yes the opportunity is there however, if they have enough confidence and love between each other it can endure the hardships. I recall reading something about the late Paul Newman. In many movies he had some very gorgeous leading lady's. he was once ask " how is it that you remain so faithful with such beauty at hand" his reply was "I see it like this why go out and eat hamburger when I have steak at home" Those were maybe not his exact words but along those lines anyway. Point is give him or her something to come home to each and ever time. Not saying you have to turn into a porn star or anything that often gives one a huge guilty complex. But if that is what you enjoy who am I to judge. I will never know it is something between the two not the public.|||If a person s going to cheat then it matters not what they do for a job..........but in my years both active duty and as a wife have seen it from both sides, the wives that hit the bars before the ship has even left port and the guys / girls that cheat when away from home.......... I always found it funny that the guy that would write to his wife and tell her what so and so was up to was in fact the biggest man whore when it came to getting him something extra when he was away on deployment................ BUT if you both work on it then cheating is the last thing on your mind and he sure as heck does not have to be away on deployment to cheat either. EDIT : you are assuming that the only time they are away is for actual deployments in a war zone and here is a news flash they have girls there that are also active duty...............|||It can. If one or both partners cheat, then they don't want to married. Deployments can make your relationship stronger, or break your relationship. It depends on the path both you and your partner choose.|||O ya I'm sure they have plenty of time to get some camel jockey girl bent over while somes jihad virgin hungry *** hole is launching RPGs at them.
