I need to have a slimmer waist by the end of this month. Any suggestions ?|||one thing that you can do is drink lots of water!!|||Depending on how slimmer you want to be. leave out wheat, rice, sugars and sodas to prevent bloating, add 30' exercising (cardio) and crunches and obliques. Try hula hoops, they're fun and focus on that specific area. 3 weeks seems like enough time to see results. Not very fast, nor easy, but you will get positive results. Now, fast and easy, and fairly inexpensive (compared to liposculpture) ask your doctor (make sure is a professional) about hydrolipoclasia, mesotherapy or lipodissolve , they're non-surgical procedures where the doctor injects a specific amount of liquid to dissolve fat cells. With these procedures you should be able to see results within the week. Try diet and exercise first, the healthier, the better.|||Do about 35-45 min cardio like run or jog. Run is good for ab work out or biking helps lose weight also.
you can do cardio every day, and then you can also do about 100-200 crunches.

Try pumpkin seeds instead of crisps. Drink plenty of water.

Exercise for 30 minutes a day. A run, a cycle, or a brisk walk if your just starting.

Step out of your comfort zone, and push yourself.

Finally - MAKE A PLAN. Make a diary of every day. Write down what you eat, the exercise you do, and your current weight and measurements.

Also -Vary your workouts. Do resistance traiing i.e weights in teh gym, and then cardiovascular such as running. Set goals, as in run 3 miles, and try to reach them.

Sit-ups with a medicine ball or on a swiss ball.|||Exercise, count calories, and drink lots of water. Aside from that, there are some really great undergarments for women that make you look much slimmer and aren't uncomfortable.
