Are they racist and dare claim that diversify dosen't matter?

Also Is my boss a nazi because his parents are German, he is proud of german heritage and always talks about german efficiency and also gives contracts to german suppliers.

We also have no diversify, unless you count germans as a race (which I don't) because we have 2 of them.|||Diversity - not important AT ALL to me.

The BEST man or woman for the job...NOT affirmative action and quotas.|||Diversity is not more important than hiring the most qualified, hard working person for your company.

Why should I be FORCED to hire someone just because of their skin color, or race? It's MY company, so I should be able to choose the employees that best fit my company's needs.

AA is an insult to all minorities. I would never want to be hired because they needed someone to fill the last hispanic spot, or because they needed one more african american. I would want to be hired because I was the BEST, most QUALIFIED person for that job, because my SKILLS are scene as an asset to that company.|||Well if your company was located in Germany, the workers would have beer for lunch and never work a minute of overtime regardless of how pressing the deadline was to deliver on time.
German engineering skills might be admirable but they have a tendency to make simple things complicated. That was one of the reasons they lost WW2. They couldn't keep the equipment running.
Their arrogance of their own superiority knows no bounds. They insist that there is only one right way and that is their way. Another reason for losing the war. They were wrong.
Other than that they are nice people and hard workers. You just can't let them steamroll you with bluster. Americans always hold the trump card with Germans from the outcome of both world wars. They hate that.|||Diversity is a code word for "fewer and fewer white people."

Nobody is flooding Japan with non-Japanese to the point where the Japanese are destined to become a powerless minority in their own country, calling it "diversity" and saying it's good, and then calling any Japanese person who objects a "Nazi."

No, that's only done in white countries.


Everybody says there's this RACE problem. They say this RACE problem will be solved when the third world pours into EVERY white country and ONLY into white countries.

The Netherlands and Belgium are as crowded as Japan or Taiwan, but nobody says Japan or Taiwan will solve this RACE problem by bringing in millions of third worlders and "assimilating" with them.

Everybody says the final solution to this RACE problem is for EVERY white country and ONLY white countries to “assimilate,” i.e., intermarry, with all those non-whites.

What if I said there was this RACE problem and this RACE problem would be solved only if hundreds of millions of non-blacks were brought into EVERY Black Country and ONLY into black countries?

How long would it take anyone to realize I’m not talking about a RACE problem? I am talking about the final solution to the BLACK problem?

And how long would it take any sane black man to notice this and what kind of psycho black man wouldn’t object to this?

But if I tell that obvious truth about the ongoing program of genocide against my race, the white race, Liberals and respectable conservatives agree that I am anaziwhowantstokillsixmillionjews.

They say they are anti-racist. What they are is anti-white.
Anti-racist is a code word for anti-white.|||Who cares if you have all black ppl or all white ppl or a mix of ppl as long as the job gets done in a efficient, effective manner. Hiring the best person for the job regardless of color or gender is what is important. The fact that it matters so much to you means you are the racist.|||It doesn't matter as long as the person have a good personality and how is mature enough for the the company! It's not about the way you look but about the way you act and think.|||What is racist about wanting the best and most competent person for the job?

Hiring a person based solely on race/gender/other characteristics that have nothing to do with the job makes no sense.|||COMPETENCE MATTERS. GOT ANY?

EVERYTHING ELSE IS LIBBIE DREK.

Oh, and feel free to show us how "diversity" HELPS ANYTHING.
